October 13 – Sylink, in collaboration with our partner companies, held a day-long empowerment training session at our headquarters, designed to build a continuously learning organization and enhance the team’s growth momentum. The training featured Mr. He Yong, Chief Lecturer and Chief Talent Officer of Juhai, who led a systematic curriculum and interactive exchanges aimed at advancing the company into a higher-level learning organization and injecting new energy into our corporate development.

Mr. He Yong structured the training around three core dimensions: "Be a Valued Sylink Member," "Be an Aspiring Sylink Member," and "Be a Convicted Sylink Member." He emphasized that true value stems from continuous learning and self-improvement, noting that only by consistently broadening perspectives and honing professional capabilities can we forge a sustainable competitive edge.

The training session was filled with an enthusiastic atmosphere, with Sylink team members actively participating in discussions and sharing their learning insights. Many expressed that "choice outweighs effort," and their decision to join Sylink stemmed from a firm inner conviction. The training deepened their integration into the team and strengthened their commitment to mutual trust and shared growth. Inspired by Mr. He Yong, a Growth Reading Club was launched on-site, with members pledging to dedicate 15 minutes daily to reading — embracing self-improvement through consistent, incremental progress.

Mr. Zheng Qiyun, Chairman of Sylink, and Mr. Ye Mingfei, President, delivered concluding addresses at the event. Chairman Zheng shared insights from his professional journey, emphasizing the vast potential of the cross-border logistics industry and urging team members to maintain firm confidence in their mission. He stressed the company’s ongoing commitment to investing in talent development, adding that the energy and engagement seen in today’s training reaffirmed his conviction that building a learning organization is the right path forward.
